Course Information

Introduction

Executive-level decisions determine whether projects deliver value. Weak governance creates delays, scope creep, and missed benefits. The focus is practical tools, clear accountabilities, and repeatable practices you can apply immediately.

Objectives

1. Establish a governance structure with defined decision rights, charters, and RACI matrices.
2. Define and enforce stage-gates, approval criteria, and assurance checkpoints across the project lifecycle.
3. Implement risk and change-control processes to reduce rework and limit exposure.
